Whatever you do, DON'T touch them, don't even go near them with anything other than mild soap and water. Guaranteed, if you want them to heal and ultimately decolorize, leave them alone! Every time you rub, or squeeze, or medicate them, your skin will react with more inflammatory reaction and more scarring. I know this is hard advice to take, but you will be better off letting your body handle the process.

Go to the drug store get some Palmers cocoa butter lotion only wash your face with a gentle soap. Put the cocoa butter on as many times during the day as needed, cocoa butter reduces scars, it's really a great thing to use, it also smells good and is really soft..... Don't pick your pimples either... Good luck tell me how it turns out,,,,,,,,

The only fast way is laser treatment from a dermatologist, the fade creams take 3 to 6 mths to work.
