did you do this yourself? or did a shop do it?
if everthing was done properley and compressor stays engaged, them your probble problem is that there is a baffle in your dash that switches from (brain fart, think name is condincer) and your heater core, one for hot, 1 for cold. the baffle can get stuck in one position.
if your compressor kicks on for a few sec and turns off, you eather have tomuch or to little pressure in your system

Since it is blowing air, it is not the fan. You said the compressor is charged, I take you just had it charged? Did you check it again recently to make sure it was holding pressure. You may have a leak in your freon tank.
If no leak, than it is probably the compressor. In order for the A/C cycle to work, air has to be compressed. When air is compressed, it heats up. This pressurized air is run through cooling tubes, that freon gets blown over to cool it. Once it is cooled, it is depressurized - which super cools it. This super cooled air is mixed with fan air, and reaches you through the vents.
Besides the compressor, the only other thing it could be is the dehumidifier. If moisture is not taken out of the air before it goes through the A/C process, it could freeze while being pushed through the cooling tubes. This would cause a blockage, and would not allow any of the cooled air to reach you. The only air you would get would be the air the fan is pulling from the outside.

You need to test yoour low pressure switch if you have already charged the system. It will be located on the reciever drier (close to the heater housing) Try using a jumper across it if the pump runs continiously the that is where your problem is and it would have to be replaced if not then you may have to replace the clutch assembly on your compressor.
