all the time i get random boners for no reason and im afriad that if it happends around my girlfriend she will think im a sex freak.
is there any thing i can do to stop this from happpening?

you should always put your age on questions like these. i mean it seems to me that if your young like 11-13 then it might just be the age. but if ur like 20 then i have no idea. i dont get boners randomly like that and im 15. and if i do some how get a ***** randomly i can usually just sorta make it go away by telling it to lol sounds crazy but it works for me.

You can't get one for no reason. There's always a reason, even if it's increased blood flow down there. That's normal. Those are called spontaneous erections. It means you have a healthy testosterone level - good news. Enjoy it while it lasts

Refrain yourself from standing up. Also if you have on a untucked shirt... make sure that it is good enough to cover it up...also if you are a virgin you shoudn't think about sex too often but if you get caught...do what any respectful male will do. PLAY IT OFF

No, not really, but it shouldn't be that noticable unless she is staring at your junk all the time, or feeling on it. And if she is staring or feeling, then you have good reason to have a *****.

I thought the same thing for a long time. And wham one day at the movies i had one and she was laying on me and when she got up her arm swung across it she started to crack up i turned bright red. but she understood.
