Is readability the same as reading level?

I am looing at the book "Hop on Pop" by Dr. Suess

I see through a catalog that the Reading Level is 1.5. The Interest Level is Pre-School - 2nd grade, the Guided Reading level is J, and the Lexile Level is 110 (Which I don't understnd the exact rating of the Guided Reading level or Lexile)...

but my question again is... is readability the same as reading level?

And if not.. what IS considering the "readability" of a book?

My understating of "readability" has more to do with whether or not a book will hold your interest. "Reading level" is more about a book being written in language and vocabulary so that a certain age group or grade level can readily read and comprehend the words and not bog down in sentence structure.

No.
Readability might be one's desire to finish the book.

Consider Moby-Dick, and Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince. They're written at the same reading level. But the Harry Potter book, although longer, is much more readable than Moby-Dick.
