I'm not hating but on my last job their were these 2 sisters who thought they were the prettiest, finest thangs walking and wouldn't know what teamwork meant if it slapped em and they looked down their noses at other females I just wanna know why females have atitudes like that i mean were all sisters in God's eyes i just believe that women should, especially african american, should help each other instead of looking down on one another. I'll accept any answer. Thanks and again not hating just curious??

Perhaps insecurity. They don't feel they look nice enough, or feminine enough, so they give themselves airs to compensate for that.
I've noticed that people with strong self-esteem are the hardest workers.

I understand you girl. I don't think that females can work together. Girls hate on each other period because every woman has their insecurities. As far as Black females go, yeah, we don't know how to help each other out because we always want to out do each other and cut each others throats for being "too white" "too pretty" "too ghetto" or a "sellout." Like was on my way to work and I had my suit on and I was rushing to the train station and this group of black girls was rolling their eyes at me and saying "Why she trying to look all professional and ****, she all serious and bougy." And another time I was with my sweetie(who isn't black, but I don't care) and the same group of chicks were trying to hate on me and tried to bother me and my boyfriend when were going out to the movies.But don't get me wrong there are some of us Black chicks who do what they have to do and don't try to complain and hate on other people and what they do.These two girls at your job were probably just there because they were pretty. They probably don't have any experience in that job.

I know enough girl who look down at th 'lesser' girls. The thing is that social dominance, in the case of what I've seen in my disrict, is based on how much the same you can be. People like that hate different/unusual people.

just picture this: a sexy female body with an apron, red and sexy too, in a posture that would be very inviting... and washing the closet. the image is one that would not bring on our face a fine expression. maybe could make us laugh-nothing more.
a fine female body is like a jewelry...it's precious, and it might turn to be pleasant to watch.

because all their lives theyve been told that they were so pretty and might have had it alot easier than avergae looking woman, so when it comes to work now they still believe that they should always be taken care of by others and that they are better than others
