By the way, you're not a Canadian, are you? I thought not.

yes if you can show, your good name which is based on;
1. your fame and good character has been defamed by that person in the public light, (eg you are really famous) being anyone else of no importance will not work.
2. it is untrue, but 1 still applies in addition
3. and being canadian is like being called a liar etc, 1+2 still apply

I've read your questions, and there is something obviously wrong with you. You're probably not even American, but some lonely old man, sitting in his own body fluids, drinking Niquil on a broke down computer with nothing better to do, while trying to think of ways to steal his neighbors cable line.

I have a question for you... how can I become a Canadian? They all have health insurance... provided by their government. I'm starting to love Canada and you should too.

Naw, I don't think that you are. And if you truly were, the Canadians would disavow this and surely disown you. If you were out of country they would forbid re-entry and if domiciled you'd be deported to----well---- why not Guantanamo Bay.
