I agree! My 13-yr-old would rather sit at the computer ALL DAY and read the stupid Grey's Anatomy forum than eat and breathe! We didn't have computers at home when I was 13, and we spent summers by the pool!

First off not all of us r teenagers here second where i'm from n the South its 2 dang hot out 2 do anything right now hello skin cancer!! Third u can learn about different cultures on the net just type in the right phrases and go from there!! When it cools down is the best time 2 do anything here!!lol!!

If you're honestly looking for a question, I would say that the life of technology has taken root in the minds of the young and therefore controls their actions as a transient philosophy that permeates their existence.
In other words, the society presses ideas of self-worth so early that play is no longer necessary to the young evolution.
