Travel around the world ALONE. If your a person people would want to be friends with this will be easy for you. The important thing is to travel alone or you won't be as approachable. Hitch hiking is a great way to meet cool people in just about any country. In many cases you'll have someone pick you up and then give you a place to stay a day or more as your on your travels. Get out and see the world, it's the best way to make friends out there.
