you can take a ball bat to her cell phone

or

you can be the bigger person and drop them both, no use in letting 2 dismal people ruin your otherwise good life...just move on

There might be some simple things you can do to demonstrate your respect for and trust in one another that will reassure you as you deal with overcoming your jealousy. For example, when your boyfriend is chatting with another girl, he could make a point of introducing you ("Sarah, this is my girlfriend, Susan. Sarah and I were just having a really interesting conversation about football."). You can do the same for him when you're talking with a guy. Think about it not as an attempt to control the other person, because it shouldn't be, but as a demonstration of commitment to each other. Also, if you struggle with jealous feelings because of family issues, a bad past relationship, etc, you should talk to someone (like a counselor) about it. They can help you deal with those feelings so you don't impose them on your current relationship. And the most important thing is to be honest with your boyfriend. Let him know that you have these feelings and are working to overcome them, but you need his patience, and you will in turn be patient with him when he gets jealous. It is much easier to build trust with someone when you can communicate openly with them. Good luck!

If he doesnt want to be bothered with him why is he talking to her? He talks to her but doesnt answer her text messages. You sure he is telling her to back off? In any event its your boyfriend who can get rid of her....IF he wants to. Be careful...Its easy to assume when you only have one side of the story.

He doesn't answer her at all or only when your around? Sounds kind of odd to me, if he didn't like it and was bothered by it , he would change his #. There is really nothing you can do but let him know how much it bothers you to know that she texts him.

the best thing you can do is get your boyfriend to straight up tell her he wants nothing to do with her that he loves you. and if he has to be rude or ugly to her then so be it. but she needs to get threw her head she's not wanted. if that doesn't work then its time for you to step in. if that doesn't work let me know i've delt with this MANY times.

Stop worrying about HER...

The only thing we CAN control in our lives is how we react.
