Just to clarify - Indian meaning from the country India.
I am looking for some kind of games or activities for about 20-30 people. Something easy to organize.

Welll i am indian myself...so first of all i would suggets indian food! So get some good indian outlet to cater chicken tikka,butter chicken,naan, chicken biriyani,tandoori. For the veggies...u could order paneer makni, gobi manchurian and naan...and if u don understand any of this...just list it out and show it to the caterer! those are some of the best indian dishes...and for desserts-rasgollas,gulab jamun ,kaju halwa would be mouth watering! Tell everyone to wear something indian-Bindis,mehandi art on the hand,bangles and anklets and indian sarees or outfits that they can afford!thats for women...for men..get urself turbans and put red tika on on the forehead! As for music...u simply gotta have bhangra!get a punjabi dj and balle balle!as for games...in india we usually play antakshiri...its a song game..iits very easy but i think its better if i mailed u how tp play it...if u need more info, mail me! i would love to help out and could teach u some hindi as well :p lagey raho bhaisaab!gimme ur email id and i'll help in every way possible...:)

practice putting on a sari is good.
geography from india - where is mumbai for example.
get a map and some of those hindi statues like vishnu, krishna etc. or pictures of them to put up.
get indian food like naan bread.
get a CD of sitar music or indian music
show bollywood movies (musicals)
hire a belly dancer (not a stripper)
