No only does Majin Buu have pretty much have all their powers combiened and more, he could also do as the other say eat them. Also the only thing that destroyed Majin Buu without him coming back together was a spirit bomb and i don't think any of them could do that

Majin easy. Blob is overrated, Fantastic could do very little versus a creature of magic, and Rouge woudl be so overwhelmes that her synapses woudl catch fire and all her clothes fall off (I hope). Buu is way to powerful.

Rouge, she's invincible and if need be she can incapacitate the others and get their powers, she could beat all of em.
Course it also depends upon the Rouge and Majin Buu we're talking about. The kid Buu owns all... only like the Phoenix force using all its energy could beat him. Evil Buu could be easily beaten by Rouge when she had Binary's power. Fat Buu doesn't stand a chance, I mean, Vegeta beat him...

Majin Buu is a goner...Rouge could just touch him and take him down...The Blob and Mr. Fantastic could just sit back and watch...lol

the three there would whoop majin @ss real good the blob is a force that can not be moved or rogue flies and takes her powers from others so she will touch the guy and make him pass out and fantastic is useless he will just stretch out and help by just being a pest

majin buu cuz he is one power ful character but not to goku and kid buu both of them can kick majin buu's *** majin is one tough bastard u need someone who powerful that can do super or an ulti mate fire ball blast beat his *** but i dunno about the 3 marvel characters goku from gt and ryu from street fighter can beat majin *** thats all i can say. the 3 marvel character not going to win
