If you mean the spherical surface marking the boundary of a black hole, of which light cannot escape, I can only assume you're boldly going where no one hath gone before.

Either that or you've posted this question just to see how many odd answers you get.

Scientifically speaking--assuming you're not in reference to the movie--an Event Horizon is anywhere there is a discernible division of elements, or effects.
Some examples: seashores, the clouds of a weather-front, sunsets, along with such things as black holes. Although, properly speaking, a black hole is actually a quantum singularity. Though not specifically visual, event horizons tend to be something you can see or--as in winds--feel.
Strictly speaking, an event horizon is anyplace where something is happening.

Are you talking about the 1997 movie?
OR are you talking about the edge of a black hole in outer space?
maybe you mean the Metal band called Event Horizon?
In any case, WHAT are you going to do next, and why would any of these things effect you?

In fact, what EXACTLY is your question?!!!!!

Well from the looks of your avatar I would say the next thing you are going to do is get drunk, smoke some dope, and pass out on a beach butt naked, regardless of what the Event Horizon says.

You mean like on Stargate? If so, it compels you to change the channel or get some doritos and hunker down for a delightful adventure. :-)
