Do you ALWAYS get what you want the most or do you get only what you need?

I seem to get what I want and need, but mostly what I need.

I get what I need, but since I don't want much, I often get more than I expected.

Need.... but sometimes a little here and a little there of what i want. Someone in my family is very rich and they get everything they want... it seems that they have no care for items. if you give them a gift its thrown out within a week. Because this person i speak of is my father and my husband works for him ... we have a chance of making it big...... well..... i don't want it.... i don't like what it dose to people..... snobby, uncaring, selfish, and rude, But that's just my opinion..... so we are moving far away.......... my children will have what they need and sometimes a little of what they want.... this way the will value greater things than riches.
