There are historically black colleges (HBCs) in every state. You might consider one of these. Many predominantly white schools also have minority student groups and associations to help minority students fit in.

Your reference to "the Blacks" is odd in its usage. Are you Arican-American yourself? If not, what's the purpose of your question?To my knowledge, there are no schools specifically for African Americans. In addition, there are certainly no public schools that could be identified as for one race only, since that would be illegal and discriminatory. I've no doubt that somewhere in America there are private schools that cater to primarily Black clientele. Are you looking for an all Black school?

Your question is quite ironic to your username. Anyway, there is no school "just" for blacks, but there are schools where the majority of the student body are African-Am. such as Howard or Moorehouse, but they are quite difficult to get into.

The Martin Luther King era. is over. No more intense racism like that anymore (seperate schools for race and stuff). Although they do make all girl and all guy schools, not about different races.

Yes, I believe that there is an all black college in Atlanta. I think the name of it is MooreHouse College.

Theres alot of "black" colleges.. but then white kids can get "polar bear" scholarships to go to them..
