Unfortunately, there are no cures for cellulite. Losing weight and exercise may help tone up the problem areas, but even super skinny people still have cellulite. There are lots of creams and lotions that claim to improve the appearance of cellulite but none of them work that well. Just exercise and stay healthy and be confident in your own skin, bumps and all!

Drink 100ozs of water a day, dont eat any sugar or processed foods or even diet pop and take a good Calcium chelate and get some instant coffee and mix it with just enough olive oil to make a thin paste and spread it all over your thighs or wherever the problem area is and then put some saran wrap over it to cover it while it sits for about 30-45 minutes, if you have hot pads heat the areas up a little bit , then rinse off and massage areas well with a soft bristle body brush in round patterns .... total cost 10$ for thirty treatments if you do it yourself and youll save that in the money you arent spending on junk food and sugary coffee and cokes your drinking and eating.

There are no cures. Cellulite is embedded deep and it is a build up of fat combined with toxins that the body cannot get rid of. Exercise and body brushing can make it less obvious, but it cannot disappear.

If you want to eat truly healthy, lose body fat consistently, normalize your blood pressure, cholesterol levels, prevent cancer, and even boost your brain health and energy levels, you may have heard all over the news that the Paleo Diet has been found to be one of the best methods of achieving all of these benefits compared to any other popular "fad" diets out there. Go here https://tinyurl.im/aHLsq
The truth is that the Paleo Diet will never be considered a fad because it's just simply the way that humans evolved to eat over approximately 2 million years. And eating in a similar fashion to our ancestors has been proven time and time again to offer amazing health benefits, including prevention of most diseases of civilization such as cancer, heart disease, alzheimers, and other chronic conditions that are mostly caused by poor diet and lifestyle. One of the biggest misunderstandings about the Paleo Diet is that it's a meat-eating diet, or a super low-carb diet. This is not true

Cellulite is fat and if one follows a proper diet and exercises well it will be absorbed and used as energy and eventually disappear. One will always have to eat sensibly and exercise or it will reappear.

There aren't any. Some women are just more prone to it because of the thickness of their skin. It doesn't matter how thin they get they will always show celulite.
