go to norton.com download the free trial for 15 days and run it will ask if you want to fix this problem yes will fix you right up

If you have an antivirus program you need to run it. If not you need to install one. In order to get rid of a virus it has to be identified. Antivirus software will identify the virus and give you steps on removing it.
