Get real. People are dying in wars all over the world, we're having a little bit of a global warming problem, one terrorist country is trying to launch rockets while another is trying to build nuclear weapons, we're having a helluva time in Iraq -- and you're wanting to send a get well card to a friggin' horse?

Shoot the damn animal and put it out of its misery. (I know, I know: if they do that you'll want to know where to send flowers and a mass card for the funeral...)

You can send a card to Barbaro at the following address:

G. Widener Veterinary Hospital
New Bolton Center
382 West Street Road
Kennett Square, PA 19348

Tim Woolley is a horse trainer at Fair Hill Training Center in Maryland. He does not own Barbaro, nor is he Barbaro's trainer, but he and his exercise rider Alex get info daily on Barbaro from his trainer Michael Matz, who is also located at Fair Hill. Alex posts the info as soon as he gets it on Tim Woolley's website, the address previously given. Barbaro's owner's are Roy and Gretchen Jackson. You can send cards to Barbaro at the above address, and it might be nice to send a card to Dr. Richardson and the rest of the staff who are working so hard to save him, too!

Barbaro's owner is Tim Woolley Racing. Their contact information is below in Sources.

There is a link to Barbaro Fund that allows contributing to a Veterinarian hospital for Barbaro and horses like him in their time of need.
