If you answer the phone with a name that sounds like "Serious Consulting", it might come across as a little hokey maybe like a joke. It might not be good for business. #1 & #2 sound more like a last name or a word that means something important to you. #1 is pronounced like "Series Consulting" and it doesn't roll off the tongue and flow well. People might wonder what you mean by that if they don't see the spelling. I think I like #2 better. It sounds more unique.
