OH WOW!!! I know this feeling, I can't have coffee or any caffine products myself, so I know how it is. Some good things that can start you on your way is first a splash of cold water first thing when you head to the bathroom...It's a good "Waker-upper"! Also, on your way to work, blast some really loud music that you love, and make it a point to sing along! Not only will that wake you up, but normally gets you in a good mood for the day!
Studies have shown what you do for the first 5 minutes of the day can determine your mood and feeling for the remainder of the day, so do something to get your blood pumping....go for a jog, or a run.
here are some tips you can also find at the readers digest...
- Go to sleep with your blinds or curtains halfway open.
- Stretch every extremity for 15 seconds.
- Take a vitamin.
- Spend 5 to 10 minutes each morning listening to music
- Take a baby aspirin.
- Hop on the treadmill for 30 minutes.

Do some stretches in the morning to get your blood flowing, and try to drink a lot of water instead of coffee or red bull so you won't have a caffeine crash later.
also, i use this shampoo from Whole Foods that has tree oil in it or something, and it kind of 'awakens' your scalp and smells very invigorating when you use it--helps me wake up in the shower.

Exercise. It will increase blood flow and create chemicals to keep you energized. It helps deter lethargy which only makes you more tired. Exercise is best done in the morning before you eat, once you get in the habit you will find yourself significantly less tired.

It helps if you can get outside, especially during sunlight, and just breath in the air and move around a little. It also helps to eat some energizing food (green apples, for example)

My teenage daughter uses that Red bull all the time.
But the down side is you can crash low when the caffeine wares off. More tired then when you first drank it. You have to keep the caffenie in you.

Ice water, the chilly will keep you alert. And fruit , the nutrition and minerals promises you with skill. Loud music doesn't damage both ;) keep your self busy and do not lay down or close your eyes for too lengthy. keep your mind inspired and occupied.
