does anyone know any good college in california that is veryyyyy good in psychology???

If you're thinking about a BA program, it doesn't really matter - Berkeley is the highest in prestige, but again, the programs of all UCs will be similar. However, if you're thinking about graduate school, it really depends on what you want to study - some schools specialize in certain fields of psychology. Berkeley is always ranked at the top, but then, it doesn't have any faculty members studying what I'm interested in, so I wouldn't even consider it. All graduate students will tell you: the important thing is to find a professor who you can work with, not a prestigious institution. Since different institutions have their strengths and weaknesses when it comes to psychology, there isn't one "best" one. Plan on grad school. I got a degree in Psychology and Business MGMT. I added business after I realized that I wouldn't get to even be around patients untill grad school and a Psychology degree doesn't pay anything. It is highly interesting though. Many things that you think are in the religious relm have been studied scientifically by psychologists.

psych like BA /BS or you mean grad school?
I'm at UCDavis getting a BA and they have an excellent program in psych, and have a great research psych program for grad school.
