depends. If your focus IS one that particular resonance..then i imagine that yes..it can be. Also..there are so many other repetitive sounds that can also be made to adhere to that Theorem...Running Water..for instance...some say they can hear a voice ..or voices in running water..say, from a river.

I don't think so, the frequency of toads or frogs call is to for mating purposes. The low ther frequency, the longer the distance it will travel. However, their calls come in a range of frequencies and the range of the call is very limited.
Schumann Resonance is more applicable to the electromagnetic waves we produce since that would travel a much greater distance.
