Nobody really knows when, people have made predictions but who knows what to believe... if you believe in the bible and god he says that he will come to take all of the christians to heaven with him before the world goes to hell... I think it will happen for one of three reasons... 1) world war 2) lack of resources (oil, gas) 3) global warming

It was believed by a famous philospopher the year would end on September, 1999. However, that isnt happening. In June 6, 666 has occured. It is known to humanity the sun will expand and swallow the earth, though the world could end any time, without knowing it.

How on earth will we know that?
I don't believe it will happen all at once, but that we'll eventually either use up all our resources and kill ourselves off, or, if we survive, the sun will eventually expand before it collapses, thus destroying the planet. But that will be billions of years from now, and humans probably won't even exist anymore.
