Use a product called "Tend Skin". Dark blue bottle, buy it at most salons. It may be at Ulta or Sephora. I'm not sure though.

Exfoliate with anything you have (even a rough washcloth will help); easy and free. This will help prevent razor burn, also. It won't completely stop the itching, but it will help.

Shave it off again!!! I shave everyday just to avoid that annoying itchy phase. I hate that!!!
