Your question isn't clear. Please rephrase. It sounds like you need to defend yourself from someone bad. If that is the case, get away from this person. You shouldn't have to defend yourself unless you are in an emergency situation.

I wish I was sure what you are asking. If you are unable to defend yourself physically there are shelters for women/men who are in domestic violence situations and will help you, even if this is a parent/child situation. If it is more of an emotional stand you need to take......look at yourself in the mirror and say, "I am a wonderful person and I love me" when you can say that to yourself out loud, you can do anything you need to do to make YOUR life the best it can be.

I'm not really understanding the ques so i hope that this person is not being abusive and your asking how to defend yourself get out of any bad relate that's not healthy okay good luck

Key word would be "Choices." You are choosing to support someone, you could leave, there is all kinds of help out there.

let me tell you why..
coz you care about that person, and you know this person isnt that worse in your heart.
giving is always hard, especially when you no longer be able to find the reasons.
however, it shows your love and care.
actually, there shouldnt be any reasons.
