In China and many other parts of the world, women do indeed stand to urinate, however, in our society and in our country the facilities are not designed to allow for this. Also a great many more women wear pants and are not designed anatomically to be able to stand and unrinate without disrobing. As for the seriousness of your question....doubtful.
