I'm 43. And I was in the same situation. Awful boss, awful job, awful blood pressure, family problems I ignored because I didn't have the time to fix them.....and I can only tell you what I did: I quit my job. I spent almost a year finding out who I really am, and I got a much simpler job, a new wife, and a new life. A new REAL me. Good luck, man. You'll need it.

you may be playing the same tape out in your head and it never seems to stop. well, stop the tape. figure out what your issues are that create so much stress. try talking to other ppl and be openminded to hearing what they have to say. deal with them one by one, don't overwhelm yourself with trying to figure it all out at once. you haven't figured it out now, so why burden yourself that way. otherwise, seek counselling, getting a referral from your doctor. if you have blood pressure stop the damage to your system; a heart attack or stroke, or an ulcer will definitely change the way you think about things, in a hurry. these conditions are brought on by stress, and unhealthy eating of course, and age. i'm your cheerleader on the sidelines....you can do it!
