There are a few different answers. The easiest way is to go to the menu in your browser and click the "View" option and then "Source" or "Page Source" depending on your browser. This will show you the page as it was served by the web server.
A more complete way is to save the page under "File" and then "Save As" or "Save Page As", and save it to your hard drive. What this does is save not only the page, but also the images on the page, any linked javascript files, and any style sheet files. This will let you open them up in your preferred editor to examine.
If you are talking about the source code of the program that generated a dynamic page, like the Yahoo answers pages, that cannot be done. The programming code generates the HTML on the fly as you visit the page, and your browser downloads that generated HTML. You can see the generated HTML, but you can't see the code for the program that generated the HTML.
