I never had a ring but my husband and I waited until marriage, it wasn't easy. We were together for 2 1/2 years and were inseparable! I am so glad that we made the decision to wait. I made our wedding night so much more special, we had that nervous anxious feeling that most people don't have on their wedding night. I also like the fact that we can tell our daughter to wait and not be hypocrites. Also we can say something that not many people nowadays can say.

Don't listen to people on here it is possible to wait, congratulations on your decision and I hope you stick with it. You will be glad you did! :)

Never had a purity ring. But I did save my self for marriage. I was 28 when I got married and I was still a virgin. It is easy if you put your mind to it!

Yes, i am pure and also saving myself until marriage. I signed a TLW card (true love waits.) I am a Christian girl and that is my reason. it's just the way that i've always been taught it should be. I'm glad that you've decided to wait too. Good Luck! =)

I am 17 and Christian and that is good enough reason for me. Religion was a great comfort for me during some really hard time in my life so I kind of realized that you cannot take from anything (and especially religion) only what you like. And also I think that waiting is not old-fashioned and sth that no one does these days. True love and a guy that I will love one day although I don't know him yet will be worth of it. i just know it.

I was a virgin when I got married. I'm glad that I saved myself. My husband and I have a wonderful relationship and it was wonderful on our wedding night to give him the gift that I have been saving for only him.

We do not wear rings; but my husband and I waited until marriage. I know lots of people that wait. I even know of a few people that waited until their wedding day to have their first kiss.
