It depends on your community, Urban, Rural, Suburb, etc. It also depends on cultural situations too.

There are three main things to work on, Location, Sellers and Buyers.

Location should be close to the Buyers, but not immediately next to them. There should be room for the Sellers to arrange their items and room for Buyers to shop.

Using sales techniques, sell the idea to people who make things or existing stores as an auxiliary way to sell their items. You may start small, 8 to 10 sellers and grow. Plan on not being very successful at first, but be persistent. If it doesn't work in a year or two, it won't work, but keep at it at a first.

Advertise to buyers and have them show up to the bazaar. As you grow, provide ways for shoppers to stay longer by providing places to sit and food and drink vendors. Children drag parents everywhere, so learn from McDonald's and attract children and advertise to them. Have Balloon animal makers, face painters, magicians to attract them to shop.

Good Luck!
