No, but I think he is laughing because he stole two elections and got away with it. I think he may be laughing at the stupid people that still support him and his agenda of evil.

Thomas Jefferson said, "The will of the people is the only legitimate foundation of any government." But our present Congress has corruption of unknown proportions. Our president has continued the expansion of the power of the executive branch far beyond the expectation of the founding fathers. However, those founders were wise enough to include in Article V of the Constitution a clause that allows us to circumvent the unbridled greed and dishonesty of Congress and the arrogance of the executive branch of government. See www.amen-constitution.org for more information.

Yes he fooled all of the Christian right. And he is laughing his fool head off. It just goes to prove that if you study trends and figure out how to appeal to a certain group you can fool them every time. Bush is not really against stem cell research but he needs to veto this bill if he hopes that the people he pandered to will still vote Republican Conservative.

Well, i guess he could laugh at a computer considering he probably doesn't know how to use one and thinks its a funny little contraption that has actually been responsible for embezzling his votes in the past two elections, oh and will do it again.

No, he's laughing WITH everyone who voted for him because he's doing what he promied the voters he would do....win the war on terrorism and he's doing it. He's doing what the Democrats claimed couldn't be done. Democracy in Iraq! And hundreds of major terrorisits have been killed and their network on its' way to being destroyed.
Way to go George. Thanks for having the courage to do what Clinton didn't and thank you to all of our brave soldiers!
(Way to go Walter above, that jerk from Mass. kills a woman in his car, leaves the scene, then reports it days later and the murderer keeps getting re-elected---now THAT'S someone who's laughling at the people who voted for him!)

I think more likely he is laughing at all the people that didn't vote for him!
But don't worry, he is the 'decider' and is a 'war President' with 'war on [his] mind'!
Now watch this drive!

When will someone tell the American public that no one is flying the plane?

That would imply that he is smart enough to know where he is. I don't think he's even that smart. He probably just giggles at Telletubies while flying in Air Force One spending trillions of dollars.
