I have to go along with the advice to see a doctor.
When you call for an appointment, I recommend telling the receptionist that you need an appointment ASAP, & if there isn't an opening in the Very Near Future, ask to be notified of any cancellations that you could replace.
Make a list of everything you can think of that the Dr. might/should ask. Start the list NOW. Include everything about your lifestyle: diet, exercise, chemicals you use or that are used in your home, including on pets or their bedding, even static-cling stuff ... EVERYTHING.
Examples:
your diet/eating habits > how much, how often, how regular
your activities > how extensive, for how long, how often
your sleep > any troubles, is it regular, how long per night, feel rested afterwards?
Any health problems, or behavior problems that may be contributing to this health problem ... whether you believe it is or not.
I'm 5' 2 & 3/4" tall. Healthy-normal weight for me is 110-115 lbs. That's the lowest I think I should ever be. You're just over 3" taller than I, but weigh less ... ? I am not heavy-boned ...
I'm going to include the link to an article for you to consider. Its' subject matter may not have anything to do with what you are experiencing, or it may have a little to do with it, or maybe everything ... But, if it just sounds like it might be about you, you would be wise to ask someone to help you get some help ...

If you lost you period and are not pregnant, that could be a bad sign. When you lose too much weight, as with anorexics, your body ceases its period because if you don't have enough nutrients to fuel your body and a potential baby, it will shut down the ability to have a baby. This will stop your period. This is not so good. Try to get to your doctor. You may have a nutritional deficiency.

It's entirely possible! First make sure you're not underweight for your body frame - see your doctor asap. Being underweight can stop your period. If you're at a good weight for your size, then everything should balance itself out in a couple of months. If you're underweight, as hard as it may be, you've got to gain a little weight so you're the right weight for your size. (In other words, 106lbs might be perfect for your size, especially if you're small boned, but if you're large framed, you might need to gain a little.)
Good luck!! (And congrats on the weight loss!!)

You should get checked out by a doctor. You need lab work done to see what is wrong. Health is some thing that should not be taken for granted.

if you are not trying to loose weight & it just happens, then something IS wrong. See your doctor. Your period usually stops when you are super stressed, working out alot, or are dropping a ton of weight... Go to the Doctors!!

If you are not losing this weight on purpose, go immediately to the doctor.
If you are losing it on purpose, you've gone too far, you need some body fat to have your periods.
Seek medical advice if you think you have an eating disorder.
