Some people just have irregular cycles, this does not mean that anything wrong with you, but if you are unhappy with it you can see your doctor, alot of time they will perscribe birth control to people who have irregular cycles because it makes them on a more regular path.

Irregular periods can be linked to a condition called Poly Cystic Ovary Syndrome. PCOS has links to Insulin Resistance (pre-diabetes) and being overweight. So my best advice to you is to read up on PCOS - see if that may be what's causing your irregularity. If it is then losing weight through eating a low carb/low glycemic index diet will help tremendously! Best wishes!

Dear Kikii, i think yours is a typical psichosomathic problem.
Maybe your life is not so great, maybe your partner doesn't make you feel special and loved enough.. you need to feel you're a woman for your man and for yourself. You need love and somewhat some peace of mind. Don't lose the hope, just try to think on yourself and your true desires, remember who you are and what you like and do something good for yourself. stop thinking, just love yourself and try to be more selfish. It's not that wrong.
How old are you?
Ciao
Sarita

Are you severely overweight? This can make your period go away or only come once every few months.
