Because they are arrogant, proud and self obsessed with a very low self esteem and think that a uniform says a lot and it does not.
Military uniforms are in, i know, however look at the disgraceful soldiers wearnng uniforms tha raped and killed the Iraqui 14 yr old girl! I WOULD NOT WEAR MILITARY UNIFORM EVEN IF I GOT PAID FOR IT.
Its in fashion now in the middle east to wear american military uniforms and ppl are selling the attire but not for fashion , but to show off that they also have power.
THEY LINK UNIFORM TO POWER
and in m y opinon no uniform will get a person to be honorable and powerful. Its the person who works on that that makes it.

some men obviously havnt been with the right women ha ha ha, no each to their own, women like firemen because of their uniforms amongst other things, but id prefer to see one naked lol

some guys just get off on the idea of an "authority figure" (such as a cop, nurse, soldier, or sailor) taking charge and doing as they please with the guy...
i personally have fantasies about lady cops and female military officers (especially "enemy generals" or "enemy admirals")
