I started my period 9 days early (last night) .Today my cramps are more than normal and when i wipe there are like chucks of blood like things...What is going on?? People told me earlier that I started early because I lost so much weight but now I thinking that it might be something else...Any advice...I will be going to the doctors thie afternoon but any ideas on what I should tell the doctor???

The cramps are worse because you have a great deal of clotting. Could be a miscarriage if you have been sexually active. When I was in my teens I always had very heavy periods with a great deal of clotting but now that I am in my thirties it is very rare. A period can be effected by stress as well.

You're passing clots, and that's what's causing the more severe cramping. Just tell the doc what your symptoms are, and if there's a possibility you could be pregnant, because you could be having a misscarriage. Good luck at the doctors.

well tell the doctor everything...

early period
weight loss
chunks of blood (usually from the uterian lineing)
cramps

Are you sexually active? Could you it have been a miscarriage? how old are you?
