I have always used visine to take the red out of it if I'm putting on makeup in the morning.
If I find a pimple and I'm going to be home, put toothpaste on it to dry it up. That one works well.
If you insist on popping it, apply a warm washcloth to the area for 15 minutes to bring all the puss and white stuff to the surface. Then apply pressure to both sides with clean fingers or Q-tips. If blood comes out, leave it alone.
Good luck and don't get anything in your eye.

Are you sure it is just a pimple and not a stye?

I wouldn't recommend using vinegar so close to your eyes. The acid in the vinegar can actually sting like a bugger!!

Either pop it if it has a head on it, or apply Witch hazel to it. Toothpaste and haemorrhoid cream will reduce the puffiness but won't rid you of the unwanted guest!

Try applying a small amount of concealer too just to reduce the redness if any.

Good luck!

You get vinegar in your eye and you'll be really, really sorry. I wouldn't use any of those pads or gels either - they'd sting like crazy, too, and may cause eye damage. Your best bet is to use a hot wash cloth (as hot as tolerable - don't burn yourself) and apply it to the area. It will bring the pimple to a head and it will pop sooner. Think twice before using your fingers to pop it too, it might scar.

Sounds like a stye to me. More serious condition is chalazion. Site below gives several remedies (none mention vinegar). Try warm compresses every 10 mins. 3-4 times/day. Grated potato helps.

NO don't use vinegar. It might be a stye. There is medicine at your local pharmacy called Stye. Just ask your pharmacist and always be careful with any alcohol products for acne near the eyes.

Do you really want to put vinegar next to your eye? Diaper rash cream (zinc cream) is a miracle for ridding your face of pimples!

i always found using a hot hot cloth helps
take a face cloth and run it under the hot water untill you can't really take it anymore than touch it to your pimple and it will suck it out!

Not sure about vinegar... yet rubbing (isopropyl) alcohol works, yet it will take a few days.
