Other than strip poker, what card games have you altered to have it be more interesting?

We have done kiss/strip Black Jack, where there are two tables of 5 and 1 dealer. One table has females with a male dealer and the other table is vice versa. If the dealer wins over 3 of the 5 he/she kisses everyone he beat at the table for as long as he/she wants. If 3 of the 5 beat the dealer, he/she must remove an item of clothing. The action goes on at both tables until one of the dealers is naked. Than you switch dealers. The overall object is to have your gender win, but it sometime comes out a tie, 3-3. It is best with no couple, just 6 single men and six single women.

I didn't realize it at the time, but I started to play a modified version of Crazy Eights when I learned to play. In the standard game, you lay down a two and the next player picks up two, and you lay down a four to and the next player picks up four. But if the next player who received the four has the five of the same suit (or the player who received the two has the three of the same suit), that person doesn't draw; the person who originally laid down the four or two does.

Also, when a person draws a card because they have nothing to lay down in their hands, they keep drawing until they do have something. It can get to be really funny when your opponent has twenty or thirty cards for that reason!

That may not be exactly what you're looking for -- strip ANYTHING is a bit out of my league -- but it's interesting to me. I hope this helps.
