Kefallonia, we spent our honeymoon there two years ago and it was the most fantastic time. Don't go if your looking for banging night life but so much to do during the day, friendly locals , cheap and almost like paradise. An island to lose yourself on.

For both I recommend Utila (or any of the other Bay Islands, "Islas Bahia") in the Caribbean, just off the coast of Honduras. You'll need to be slightly adventurous to get there though. "Easy" would be fly to Cancun or Mexico City, then to Tegucigalpa, then to La Ceiba, then by boat; "Interesting" would be fly to Cancun, take a chicken bus and canoe through El Petan forest to Guatemala, take in Tikal Maya ruins en route, another chicken bus to La Ceiba in Honduras and boat. Your choice. Well worth it though - this is rated as one of the top reef diving areas in the world, and the relative inaccessibility somehow enhances the experience even more. A 1 week PADA certificate course is about $100 (lots of dive centres), though diving, snorkelling, swimming, sunning, relaxing and a walk around the mangroves is all that's on the agenda. So, all in all, a pretty good way to spend a week or two, if you ask me.
If this is your kind of thing, then check out the ubiquitous "lonely planet" web site, or drop me a mail for ideas/itinerary.
If you prefer to head eastwards, then Sumatra, Bali, Lombok (Indonesia) are also nice, and there's more accessible "cultural stuff" to do if you want a break from the diving and sun bathing, but some say it's a bit dodgy right now after the terror thing.
Closer to home, Cabrera, small island off the southern coast of Majorca is also nice with ok diving, but you'll need to bring your own kit and be lucky enough to own a private yacht to get there :-)

The calm, quiet, relaxed days you can find, along with all the diving your hear desires in Cozumel. If you haven't been, go; it's a divers' paradise!
I had a really fun time with the folks at Deep Blue. Whether you want to visit Cozumel or anywhere else in the world you can look for a dive operator/hotel combination that suits your budget here: http://www.scubaratings.com/travel. You can follow some of their other links to find dive spots and dive operators around the world and share your dive experiences if you wish.
Good luck!
