Why should the world be kept in unneccessary panic for fear of nuclear bombs from Iran & North Korea as if the world has run short of Scientists?

Good idea.
We could use a nuke to nuke their nukes before they nuke us:-)

There are currently only two ways of stopping a nuclear attack:

1. Prevent the wrong people from getting the technology in the first place.

2. Shoot down incoming missiles (i.e. "Star Wars" military projects)

Neither seem to work well. Both also seem to run into a lot of opposition.

The only thing I can think of that would prevent a nuclear bomb from going off would be either a device that interfered with the detonator (i.e. via EMP pulse - which could potentially just set the thing off too), or something that messed around with the strong nuclear force (beyond current human ability)

FYI, I've heard rumours of devices as described above being in development.

Step in out of the sun and heat I think you may have brain damage. Maybe a cold pack on your forehead to reduce the swelling.

what the hell is an anti-nuclear bomb?
Are you suggesting a bomb that will blow up the nuclear bomb before it hits its "target".
Think about it....how would that be a good idea?
I don't think you thought this through very well.
