I remember seeing a bugs bunny cartoon where a undercover midget gangster named baby faced fenster shows up on the doorstep of bugs bunny. Bugs thinks he is a baby and takes him in. Only after a while does he find out the truth. The trailer from the movie "Little man" by the Wayan Brothers seems to contain some exact scenes from the Bugs bunny cartoon. For instance a tatooed Fenster shaving in the bathroom.

Yes it is. I thought I was the only person who thought they got that movie line from the Bugs Bunny cartoon.

I don't know, I understand where you are coming from. But someone needs to stop letting the Wayans make movies. All of their movies suck!
