I am 22 and 5 weeks pregnant. I am having alot of cramping (steadily for about 2 weeks.) I have had miscarriages in the past, but have had none of the same symptoms this time. When I do physical things (sometimes as small as walking around a store) the cramps get worse, to the point that they make me dizzy and sick to my stomach. Will the fact that I have an extremely physical job put me at risk, since while at work my symptoms increase?

Your body is very good at giving you signs that you need to slow down and take things easy. I am 34 weeks and have a 3 year old also, and with both pregnancies when I over-do things my body lets me know by cramping up. You should definately talk to your doctor and when you feel that way lay down for awhile.
