im 26yo male. i came home from the hospital saturday night. i learned that i had a kidneystone. a CAT scan revieled that it already left my kidney and is in my bladder now. the doctor told me it was a very small stone and should have no real problem passing it. i want to know how will i be able to know if it has passed or not? and is there a natural remedy to help if it hasnt?

Most doctors that diagnose a stone have a collapsible cup with a screen in the bottom. Urinate through the cup into the toilet and you may strain the stone. I've had two............Believe me you will notice when you pass it. Drink plenty of water....The more that you urinate the better chance you'll have of passing the stone.

you may see or feel the stone coming out

drink lotsa water, the more you urinate the higher the chance of the stone passing out

The best way is to pee through a strainer.
That way, when it comes out, you will catch it. If you want, they can analyze it and try to determine what caused it.
I felt mine when it came out, so I knew.

Well kidny stones run in my family and they all have said it hurts like sh*t when they pass.
