None really...the A/C compressor is what bogs the car down. and it comes on and off on its own...you really have no control over that, other than turning the A/C off. Even if you dont run the A/C at it coldest setting...all that does is run the cold air from your A/C over your heater coils to warm it up before blowing it in your cab.

Your fan runs off electricity from your generator (alternator). The only thing that will cost you more energy is the compressor being on. It is run off the same serpentine/belt(s) that all your other accesories run on thus, when you turn on your a.c. it puts a small load on your motor and costs you to burn a little more gas in the long run. To answer your question as stated I would have to say none.
Your fan blower speed is drawing amps from your electrical system which has been factory designed to handle the loads drawn by the accessories of your car. Well...as long as your charging system( battery, alternator, cables and connections) is in good working order.
