If your looking to stay local (US) Than NYC is so romantic and fun .Try and go Deluxe to Luxury Accomodations , so it helps the romantic feeling.Right by Times Square.
Outside US Paris , Venice or Florence .
Along the Amalfi Coast in Italy is beautiful.
