i guess it depends on what your point of view is. i wouldn't consider it cheating if it were me, and i let people get that close to me, but my partner might consider it cheating.

I suppose if you're just snuggling (spooning), It's not cheating, but should be considered a no-no if you are already in a relationship with someone else. Think about it... If you walked in on your boyfriend in the exact same situation you just described, what would your thoughts be then? Hmmm????

I'd say yes, it is cheating. If it's something you wouldn't want your boyfriend doing, then you shouldn't do it either. You don't need to spoon with someone to keep warm, so that's a really bad excuse. If my boyfriend told me he had to snuggle with another girl because he was cold, I would laugh in his face. That's like saying, " It was SO hot, that we both had to take all our clothes off!"... cheating!

I guess it would depend on what is in your heart at the time. If you were really trying to get warm, maybe it'd be okay. But chances are, the excitement of spooning someone different and exciting might have had your mind on more than just keeping warm. So it's up to you to look inside yourself and know what really happened.
But strictly speaking - no , it's not cheating.

Honestly, I don't think it would be cheating unless you enjoyed it. But you have to look at it like this: Were you really that cold that you had to have someone to snuggle with? And since you asked, do you feel like you cheated?

This only flies if it's like a life-or-death situation. If you're in a situation like being in a house, then you're just trying to justify inappropriate behavior. In most situations, there are plenty of other ways to warm up than snuggling - with a cute girl, no doubt.

I agree ... what the hell, you couldn't find a blanket? Gloves? It's cheating in the sense of being in an compromising position that isn't to be easily understood or forgiven. And spoons still match up ....

Where were you? If you were in a house get a blanket. If you were lost in the woods I would say no. If you liked it and are thinking about it a lot, you might as well have cheated since you probably will soon anyway.

It would have to be FREEZING cold, like Antarctica or something so the snuggling not to be something fishy. Maybe cheating is an overstatement for it.

If it makes you feel guilty, its cheating
If you wouldn't want your partner to do it with someone else, its cheating
Bottom Line: Yes... not the worst cheating, but cheating nonetheless.
