I really want to build stamina so I don't fatigue easily in football. I do not have much time because games start very soon. What should I do. I'll do anything if it is proven to work quickly

get a wheelbarrow and fill it with weights. im 12 and put 125 in it. lunge for hundred yards and then sprint back with it. then get a sled(i don't mean one you use in winter, if you don't what i'm talking about ask a friend) put about 100 lbs on it strap in it and run backwards for 100 yards. great workout for stamina because your running with weight it will be so much easier with out them. trust it works.

swim. the more resistance you have to deal with, the stronger your heart and lungs will get.
