I don't do anything...they're just nipples...(nearly) everyone has them. No need to be embarrassed or ashamed...they tend to be temperature and friction sensitive so they react to those conditions. They're just a part of me...I wear clothing that covers them, as required by law...beyond that if they trouble someone else, it's their issue...they aren't naughty, they're just nipples...
