can i transfer my eons,aurora& mystic tickets 2 ruby & sapphire? thanx :)?

i want 2 go 2 the other islands 4 lugia,
ho-oh, mew, & deoxys

i mixed records with my sapphire game and nothing happend. i looked where the s.s ticket is and no eon,mystic or aurora ticket from emerald. :(
