Everyone is guilty to some extent or another including myself. the worst examples I've seen recently are a christian saying non-belivers are blind and someone saying christians are violent. Both are offensive and are just examples of stereotyping. There are some more ofensive than others but why is it that people feel they need to share thier stereotypes with everyone else. I can see useing stereotypes to try to understand people you don't know but why share them with everyone. I think some people just like to see if they can get a rise out of groups of people they don't like but then take ofense when things are no longer in thier control.

Sterotyping is nothing more than categorizing which we were born do to. It is inate, childern can distinguish what is different without being taught. Being civil is trying to not be a savage therefore trying to go against our hardwiring.

stereotype is like the example of classical conditioning. we're all taught by our culture, school, history, ppl around, simply the environment.

sometimes, we have no clues on the reason why. and we just did that non purposely. unavoidable sometimes..
maybe, ppl will find it when he/she switches his Chanel, really considering the balance in the society.

some people are too closeminded to take everyone as an individual. i try to keep my mind open, but i have been known to do this too. the world would be better without stereotypes.

the point here is, giving answers to the questions. may it right or wrong, it is up to the asker to rate it if he likes the answers he get or not. dont question things that are out of your control or out of your reach of knowledge. if they want to share everything of what they have, its none of your business. just mind your own business.
