Eat more meals a day in smaller portions. Water is a greater starter to any diet. Lots of chicken, season with powders, not salts. Salty foods can cause your body to retain water. Sodium intake in women is what keeps the weight in the stomach area. Cardio, light weight training along with a reasonable diet will give you the best results. Cardio step class, running anything to get your heart rate up to burn calories. Light weight training will give you lean muscle without the bulk. Cut out fast food as much as possible. Don't deprive yourself of everything. That is the number one mistake. This causes people to stray from diet regiment. Make it fun. Apples with 3 slices of pepper jack cheese. Smaller portions and moderation. Diet 6 days and take one day off, just don't go over board on your day off.

exercise exercise, eat hardly anything but salads, soy protein, no fats, no bread, no meat. lots of herbal tea (believe me I drink a lot of it bc of a medical prob and it made me loose weight unwantedly). in the a.m. first thing is not cereal its Tea, then diluted o.j., a bit of fruit and yougurt.
Its a lot easier to loose weight thanyou think, jsut have patience and dont give up on eating, abstain from it, but dont stop eating altogether.
however if you try one or two days of eating just liquids, your stomach will reduce size and you wnt be able to eat somuch youwill feel very full very easy and fast.
dont take pills for diets.
the output of yr calorie burned by exercise has to be higher than the input of calories from food.
so avoid all the foods with high caloreis, also bread, alcohol, sodas, and candies or chocolates.

I think a really good way to lose weight is to find which veggies you like and make sure you have tons of veggies with every meal. It helps a lot. And have fruit for dessert.

cut down in your carbs
exercise when u are able to
dont eat snacks such as potato chips... french fries
dont eat fast food
eat more vegetables
and drink sufficient water...
and have enough sleep.
