There are two ways yogurt can help with yeast infections: one is to eat it, another faster way is to put it between your second set of lips. put one spoonful of unflavored yogurt in your vagina every night before you go to bed, and sleep with loose cotton undies on. You'll be all set in about a week! Eating yogurt I think is better for maintaining vaginal balance, but to cure it you've got to get a little more down-and-dirty. :)

Hello, I'm on the second week and seeing definite improvement on my yeast infection symptoms:

Note that: If the yeast infection doesn't respond to over the counter treatment, prescription medication will likely be necessary. Similarly, if the symptoms return after two months of being treated, you should contact the doctor for professional treatment rather than resorting again to home treatment.

If this is the first time you have experienced a yeast infection, you should schedule an appointment to have the condition treated by a doctor instead of resorting to home treatment

It is a pill that you take one time and it starts clearing up in a day and if needed your doc will have you take another one in 3 days. It has worked for me and I hope you feel better soon because it sucks have a yeast infection.
